The room you didn't know was happening

Live sessions, meetups, webinars, workshops and conferences — ours and other people's, worldwide. Nothing here is sponsored or affiliate-linked. If you're running something, send it in and it lands on this page. For awareness days, weeks and months, switch to The year ahead.

Hosted by Nila

Our own live sessions — free, evidence-led, and built around real appointments and real questions. Each one pairs Nila's founder with clinicians working in menopause care, then opens the floor for live Q&A. Registration holds your seat; the joining link comes by email.

Meetups & support groups

Small, in-person rooms — supper clubs, peer circles, walking groups. Often free, always honest. If yours isn't here, send it in.

Webinars & online talks

Livestreams and Q&As with menopause-trained doctors, researchers and educators. Most are free; a few are pay-what-you-can.

Workshops & courses

Multi-session programs — yoga for peri, CBT for hot flushes, pelvic floor, strength training. Most are paid; a few sliding-scale.

Conferences & retreats

Larger ticketed events. Useful if you want a weekend immersed in the topic with talks, exhibitors, and a real room of people in the same season.

Walks, fundraisers & campaigns

Awareness walks and fundraising campaigns you can join from anywhere in the world — walk your own route on the day, or join the virtual team. Money raised goes to women's health research and care.

Challenges & cohorts

Time-boxed group resets in a private WhatsApp cohort — small, non-competitive, real people at the same life stage. Co-hosted with partners we trust.

Submissions are open — meetups, webinars, workshops, conferences. Free to list, curated by hand, no pay-to-play in the editorial list. An editor reviews each submission before it goes live. A Featured slot is optional, clearly labelled, and sits in its own strip at the top of this page.
