What a course at UROSPOT Winnipeg looks like.
UROSPOT uses a Health Canada–licensed electromagnetic (HIFEM) chair to contract the pelvic floor while you sit fully clothed. Our evidence grade for pelvic floor chairs is unchanged by this partnership.
30 minutes, fully clothed
You sit on the chair in the clothes you arrived in. No gown, no undressing, no internal exam.
Usually six sessions over three weeks
Twice a week for three weeks is the typical plan, tailored at your first visit by the clinic nurse.
No referral needed
You can book a complimentary consult directly; the first visit reviews your history and builds the plan.
