For large employers and health plans

Menopause is a workforce issue. Nila is the infrastructure to address it.

Built for large employers, insurers, health plans and benefit providers who need a solution that works at scale, protects employee privacy, and sits alongside existing benefits, not over them.

Employee data is never shared with employers. Aggregate only, and only above 5 active seats.

How the privacy model works

The privacy architecture

Employees activate themselves

The employer purchases seats and receives one redeemable invite code per seat. The employee redeems it themselves. The employer never sees who activated, who didn't, or anything about individual use.

Clinical data stays with the member

Symptoms, mood patterns, journal entries, GP letters, community activity, none of this is accessible to employers or plan administrators. It belongs to the person who created it. Always.

Employers receive aggregate proof-of-use only

Quarterly anonymized usage summaries show engagement at the cohort level, never by individual. No names. No symptoms. No clinical data. Company and Enterprise tiers include a 30-minute review call.

For procurement and legal

Paperwork, ready before you ask

Send these straight to your counsel and your internal-comms lead. The DPA and MSA are the standard Enterprise forms, a starting point for your legal review, not a take-it-or-leave-it. The rollout pack is yours to copy, edit and ship on launch day.

SSO (SAML 2.0) and bulk seat provisioning are configured per customer at contract, there's no PDF for these. Ask in the inquiry form and we'll confirm scope and timeline.

Policy momentum
